Office 313 is an interdisciplinary firm that specializes in the design of innovative architectural solutions for a range of scales. As architects, our goal is to be involved with all phases of the project from conception to execution; this involves attentively assessing the different possible design outcomes based on a project’s specific requirements. 

Office 313 was established in 2016 by architect Bashayer Alahmad. Alahmad graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Kuwait University in 2008.  From 2008 - 2010, she practiced architecture with Vision Architects. Since then, she has been with the Department of Control & Engineering Supervision at Kuwait Municipality, where she continued to collaborate and freelance on many projects. She also teaches architecture to children through Archikid Academy, which she established with Nada Al Khalaf in 2009.
